General:
Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. :
1. The guarantee is applicable on each product purchased within the list mentioned on this page for first 30 Days from time of placement of order.
2. 30 Days are inclusive of any public holidays and non-working days.
3. Guarantee is not applicable on renewal and upgrade of products.
4. Guarantee becomes void in case any fraud or abuse of products / services during the guarantee period.
5. Any tax amount paid with the product purchase is excluded from the Refund Calculations.
6. For products purchased with Free Domain Name Registration / Transfer, the prevailing Registration / Transfer Cost of the Domain will be deducted from Product Cost in Refund Calculations.
7. Refund back Guarantee is not applicable on re-order of products / services for same domain from same or different client account.

Cancell and Refund Back Guarantee is applicable only on products listed below:
A. Windows Web Hosting Plans
B. Linux Web Hosting Plans
C. Business Email Hosting Plans.
D. CodeGuard Website Backup
E. SiteLock Firewall
It does not apply to any other products not mentioned in above list, including and not limited to products such as Domains, Dedicated Servers etc. Any addons such as IP Address, SSL Certificates etc. are also exclusive of this guarantee. Guarantee may be applicable if mentioned exclusively on product page in our Website.
Claim Refund
To claim Refund, you must Email and raise a Ticket from your Customer Login with product details, valid reason for cancellation and bank account details to which refund is to be credited. Once accepted, we will revert with confirmation of cancellation and refund within 24-48 hours. Related product(s) will be terminated on immediate basis.
Refund Policy
a. All confirmed refunds are processed via Funds Transfer or Cheque to customers bank account within 5-7 working days.
b. A refund handling charge of 5% of Product Cost will be deducted.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
